'E-commerce rules' July 2021 - an alteration of VAT charges may be necessary dependant on the tax rate in the country of consumption. The offer of gemstones for sale does not prevent Windy Gemstones from altering of cost in relation to local tax implications. You will be notified on ordering if the tax implication will be changed and offered to decline the sale.

Windy Gemstones adheres to 'know your clients' legislation and by purchasing from us, you confirm funds are not part of any money laundering process.
RETURN POLICY
All items are sold as seen, we do not accept returns. We are only able to issue refunds for items that are not as described in the condition report.
Due to the nature of the material, a stone may become damaged or scratched therefore photographs are kept to detail condition of stone at point of dispatch.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
VIEWINGS
All stones are available for viewing following strict localised Covid regulations.
DELIVERY
Stones may be hand delivered dependant on delivery address and adherence to localised Covid regulations. If unable to hand deliver, the most appropriate delivery service in your area will be used.
Delivery to UK is free of charge. Rest of World fees apply.
All stones will be packaged appropriately for delivery to ensure no damage is sustained. If the package arrives damaged, you must not accept the package and email us immediately, we will then lodge a claim and any loss must be recouped from the delivery company. Claims can take up to 16 weeks.
Stones will only be dispatched when full payment is received.
CONDITION REPORTS
Each stone can have an individual condition report. The report is completed by our in-house Diamond and Coloured stone Gemmologist. You can be supplied with a condition report prior to sale and if accepted by you in writing, will indicate the condition and value of the stone for purchase. If a full laboratory report detailing origin, treatments and certificate is required, this can be arranged and will be at the customer's expense. A copy of the condition report will be retained by Windy Gemstones to indicate condition at point of dispatch. Every care is taken with the report and is believed to be a true representation of the gem material at the time of writing. All known and provable treatments will be indicated, however coloured stones should be assumed to have undergone treatment unless stipulated otherwise.
DATA PROTECTION
Windy Gemstones is fully compliant with Data protection legislation and does not actively pass details onto any third party.
INSURANCE
Appropriate delivery insurance is included in the delivery fees.
PROFESSIONAL CLIENTS
A full Company check will be performed to allow access to professional benefits. Only Companies dealing in the jewellery industry will be given access to these benefits.
CONDITIONS
By using this website you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract.
Any contract entered into follows the rule of Law of England and by using the site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
